Exchange policy:

Sale items, accessories, bags and customized products are not eligible for return/ exchange.

For other items a credit note is issued on the website.

You must inform us within 7 days of delivery of the product. Please send us an email to wecare@lovechoje.com with order no. and attach an image of the piece purchased. Once you have mailed us, please ship out the pieces to the following address:

The cost for shipping the product back to us is to be borne by you.

Conditions for exchange:

  • Please ensure that the product is in its original condition (unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged and retaining the original tags, and packaging and boxing.
  • Item(s) which show signs of wear and/or being worn before will not be eligible for any exchanges.
  • We would require all original papers(invoice, thank you note etc.) to be returned with the product. The hangtags should be intact as original.

Chöjé reserves all rights to inspect the condition of the product before processing any returns or exchanges. However, if the item is not eligible for return as per our team then the customer has to arrange a reverse pick up and no credit note will be provided in such a situation. If the client wants us to arrange a reverse pick up then kindly let us know and we can do the same at a charge.

As a company policy we do not provide refund on any product sold. Once Chöjé pieces are sold they can be exchanged for replacement on a store credit (after deducting the delivery charges) on the website (provided the aforementioned terms and conditions are met) which is to be used within 30 days from the date of issue.

If the product is damaged or a wrong product is delivered to you, kindly mail us at wecare@lovechoje.com with atleast 3 pictures of the product for our team to analyse within 48 hours of the delivery of the product and we shall arrange a reverse pick up. The amount including the shipping charges will be credited to you as a store credit.

Cancellation policy:

An order can be cancelled if the product has not been put into manufacturing. If this is the case then the amount paid will be credited to you as a store credit.  However, if the manufacturing process has started or the product is out for delivery, then you can always exchange it with our exchange policy.

For International orders:

We don’t have a cash on delivery option for international orders.

You may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. The person receiving the parcel must pay any charges levied on the parcel.

Chöjé has no control over these charges and we can’t tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
